is it necessary to upgrade every garrison or just worry about upgrading one?

i upgraded only one, there is no need to upgrade them all.

yes you need to upgrade them all eventually. have atleast 11. rank all them up. it reduces your troops build time dramatically. you'll notice a big difference when you get them all to atleast level 6 but upgraded fully is what is needed
